So.... wow.
Yesterday's Grey For Missy was amazing. Truly touching beyond words. And I know I say that a lot, but there is really no way for me to say how much the love and support shown to our family means to us. Losing Missy was unimaginable. Even now, in the after, it feels unimaginable. And this grief from our great loss would be utterly crushing without the love and support of all of you. Your texts, emails, messages, pictures, FB likes... they all felt like voices of love and support telling us that you grieve with us still. That you remember her, and that through us, she continues to have an impact on people's lives.
So once again, Thank You.
Beyond the Grey for Missy, this is actually a pretty crazy week. This morning Henry went to a kindergarten orientation, which he did AMAZING with! He was so nervous, and I was possibly even MORE nervous, but he was so brave and had a great time. As we walked out he announced "I want to come to school EVERYDAY!!". Good thing kid, because you have a LOT of school in your future.
But you know who does NOT have a lot of school in their future?? (Like that transition? Because I am proud). ME!
I still can't believe that I am DONE with my master's. This afternoon I was inducted into the Delta Omega Public Health Honorary Society. Tonight we are going to a picnic with the college, then tomorrow is graduation. It's going to be fun. Busy, but fun. Expect lots of pictures on Monday!
